Lose Love Handles With This Great Exercise
Part 1 - Side Bends
I love side bends. I typically do 70-100 of them every other day integrated into other aerobic exercise routines such as skipping or sprinting. I have found the results can be startling. I have had a definite reduction over a period of a month or so by doing side bends consistently.
Of course, no weight loss is due to the exercise alone. I eat well and do regular exercise. But I simply spread my legs shoulder with apart and bend as far as I can to the left side first. Hold for 1-2 seconds with a little rocking motion of back and forward before reversing past the starting point and doing the same thing on the right side. One left and right movement is one repetition.
I urge you to integrate this great simple exercise, which I know is not startling, new or even "sexy" but I have found it works! What could be better than that.
